Boileau House - France
2010

This house situated in the sides of the Saint Eynard in Grenoble is organized in two levels: the ground level with the principal access and the bedrooms; the first floor with the living room, the suite and the office. The site is naturally divided in two parts of different level, so we implant on the lower part the principal access and the garage. The entrance sequence preserves the garden where the swimming pool will be placed. The top side of the garden, more intimate, connects with the kitchen and allows a summer use. If the ground level of the house is organized in a rational way, the first floor is a visor that allows a spectacular panorama on Belledonne's mountain chain, placed to another side of the valley.
